All Rigged, All Alaskan

For years, fishing with co-founder and charter boat captain, Ivan Lukin, we would open brand new spoons. Ivan would tell us:
“cut off that ring and hook,”

“slide on this split ring, swivel, and new hook,”

“There! Now you got something All Rigged up to catch fish!”

We wondered…”why can’t we just buy spoons that are All Rigged up?”

Finally, while trolling for silver salmon in Resurrection Bay, we decided we were tired of buying lures we had to re-rig, and that’s when All Rigged was born. All Rigged, LLC was officially established by co-owners Sarah, Ivan, and Jeff in January 2021 with the vision to create quality, rugged, reliable lures made by Alaskans for Alaskans. Each lure is designed, assembled by hand, and fished by our Alaskan family. We hope to bring other Alaskan families as much joy as we experience fishing.

All Rigged is an Alaska Native/Woman owned fishing lure business. Our company is truly a small family owned and operated business.

Who we are

Ivan Lukin and his daughter Sarah Lukin are Alutiiq from the village of Port Lions, a remote community of 200 people located on Kodiak Island, Alaska. Like generations of Alutiiq people before him, Ivan has spent his entire life fishing the waters around Kodiak Island. As an experienced subsistence fisherman, he smokes salmon the way his grandparents and great grandparents did. He commercial fished for many years and later owned and operated his own sports fish charter company out of Port Lions. Today, he is pseudo-retired and spends his days fishing, crabbing, and hunting.

Sarah grew up in Port Lions subsistence and commercial fishing with her father. She left their village to go to college, but her love of her community and fishing remained. Today she lives in Anchorage, Alaska and regularly travels to Port Lions to visit and fish with her dad.

Jeff White grew up in the Midwest fishing local lakes. After graduating from college, he moved to Alaska. He fell in love with Sarah, her dad’s boat, and Alaska fishing. Jeff and Sarah have been married for 16 years and have two beautiful children. Together they enjoy gardening, kayaking, puttering on their boat in southcentral Alaska, and fishing around the world – from Florida to Alaska to Fiji.
